About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering highly technical engineering talent to Data Centres across Italy. You will bring a data‑driven mindset to both contract and permanent recruitment, owning the full end‑to‑end process, from sourcing and screening to proactively building future talent pipelines across high‑demand engineering specialisms.
You will support hiring across roles including:
- Civil / Structural Engineers
- Electrical Engineers
- Mechanical Engineers
