You will bring a data‑driven mindset to both contract and permanent recruitment, owning the full end‑to‑end process, from sourcing and screening to proactively building future talent pipelines across high‑demand engineering specialisms:

  • Electrical Engineers
  • Mechanical Engineers
  • Facilities / Critical Systems Engineers
  • Network Engineers

This role requires an individual who is comfortable managing executive‑level searches while simultaneously handling high‑volume requisitions, supporting a rapidly scaling function in a fast‑paced environment. Fluent Italian (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
