We have a short-term Accounts Assistant opportunity to support a critical finance project, ensuring a smooth transition of supplier payments into our ERP system (IFS).
Our Client is excited to be on the grid for the 2026 FIA Formula One™ World Championship. To achieve their goals, they need to create and sustain a high-performance culture in every area. Contacting 500+ suppliers via email to request updated supplier details, with a focus on bank details.
Inputting accurate supplier details into IFS ERP.
Setting up a new payment type in IFS for supplier payments.
Conducting verification calls to confirm bank details before processing payments.
High attention to detail – accuracy is crucial when handling financial data.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred) is a plus but not essential.
This is a great temporary role for someone looking to gain experience in finance, procurement, or data management while working on a structured and well-defined project.
