Experienced Delegate Sales Executive – Digital & Live Events

Location: London (EC2), hybrid after training period

Base Salary: £25K – £35K

OTE: £60K+ (uncapped) in the first year

Responsibilities

• Liaise with top‑level decision makers in niche industries and communicate the event format.
• Follow up warm leads using marketing, LinkedIn and telephone skills.
• Build long‑term relationships with decision makers.
• Work across UK, Benelux, DACH and the USA depending on the region of experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Delegate or Sponsorship sales with prestigious events.
• Confidence speaking with high‑level industry influencers.
• Excellent communication and high‑level sales ability.
• Resilient, ambitious, tenacious with a drive for success.
