As a Sales Conversion Specialist, you will convert qualified leads into long-term clients by communicating value clearly, handling objections with confidence, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our services. You will engage prospects during the final stage of the sales cycle, ensuring they feel supported and informed as they move toward a partnership with GigaBrands. This is a full-time, remote position aligned with 9:00am–6:00pm EST.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery and closing conversations with inbound, pre-qualified prospects
  • Identify core business challenges related to revenue growth, advertising performance, and scalability
  • Address pricing and value-related concerns with confidence and clarity
  • Guide qualified prospects toward a clear decision and successful onboarding
  • Confidently identify and step away from opportunities that are not a strong fit
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
  • Consistently achieve revenue and performance targets
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of closing experience where you owned the deal end-to-end
  • Experience selling services or solutions (not retail products only)
  • Strong objection handling, especially around pricing
  • Comfortable in commission-heavy roles
  • Experience selling to e-commerce, Amazon, or digital-first businesses
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and accountable
