About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This key role provides administrative and compliance support across multiple areas including advertising, referencing and vetting candidates to ensure suitability for positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, delivering a professional and friendly service.
  • Support the team with day‑to‑day administrative duties including data entry, document management and record keeping.
  • Manage compliance processes, ensuring all records, references and documentation meet company and legal standards.
  • Support advertising activities by preparing and posting job adverts across various platforms.
  • Conduct right‑to‑work checks in line with company policies.
  • Format and update candidate CVs to ensure consistency, professionalism and alignment with client requirements.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Handle incoming queries efficiently, escalating where appropriate.
  • Contribute to a positive office environment, ensuring all operations run smoothly and effectively.

About You

  • Proven experience in an administrative or compliance‑based role, ideally in recruitment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office packages – particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A professional and approachable attitude with a commitment to excellent service delivery.
