Talent-UK are on the hunt for an experienced Stores Coordinator on a Temp to Permanent basis for our manufacturing client based in Morley.

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm. The role will start on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent role after a successful probation period.

Duties:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and manage reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Stock Organisation: Arrange items systematically for easy access, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety in storage areas.
  • Order Processing: Checking and booking in deliveries.
  • Distribution: Deliver stock to departments, wards, or production teams as required, prioritising urgent requests.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, inventory levels, and deliveries.
  • Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts (counter balance license) - Desirable not essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate stock counts, proper storage, and correct order fulfilment.
