Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-3pm

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This is a key role providing administrative and compliance support across multiple areas including advertising, referencing and vetting candidates to see if they are suitable for the positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, delivering a professional and friendly service.
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative duties including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Manage compliance processes, ensuring all records, references, and documentation meet company and legal standards.
  • Support advertising activities by preparing and posting job adverts across various platforms.
  • Conduct right-to-work checks in line with company policies.
  • Format and update candidate CVs to ensure consistency, professionalism, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Handle incoming queries efficiently, escalating where appropriate.
  • Contribute to a positive office environment, ensuring all operations run smoothly and effectively.

About You

  • Proven experience in an administrative or compliance-based role ideally in recruitment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office packages – particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A professional and approachable attitude with a commitment to excellent service delivery.
