Talent-UK are currently recruiting for a Production Operative/ FLT Driver on behalf of their client, a successful manufacturing business in the Brighouse area. The role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, working regular days Monday to Friday, with ongoing training and development.
Key responsibilities for the Production Operative/ FLT Driver role:
- Working on the filling line ensuring products are filled, capped, labelled, and packed.
- Ensure correct filling of products into containers, bottles, etc.
- Monitor line performance and take prompt action to resolve minor faults or stoppages.
- General upkeep and housekeeping of the production environment with focus.
Experience of the Production Operative/ FLT Driver:
- Proven experience of working in a production/ manufacturing environment.
- FLT Counterbalance & Reach experience (in house licence and expired licences accepted).
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Computer literate - worked on various inhouse systems.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
- Worked within a fast-paced environment.
What is in return for the Production Operative/ FLT Driver:
- Hourly rate of £12.71 per hour.
- Working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 4pm on Friday.
- Weekly pay (PAYE) plus Holidays.
- Ongoing training provided to up-skill further.
