Talent-UK are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operative on behalf of their client who is a well-established furniture manufacturer in the Batley area on a temporary to permanent basis, working a 4-day week.

Duties required of the Production Operative:

  • Filling cushions using the filling machine and by hand
  • Quality control of the cushions, ensuring filled evenly
  • Manual handling of various products
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be able to manage your own workload

Experience required for the Production Operative:

  • Experience of working in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
