Talent-UK are recruiting for a full time, permanent internal sales coordinator for their client based in Elland. The role has become available due to an increase in workload. Are you looking to join a busy and dynamic team?

The general duties of the role will include:

  • Preparation of company technical quotes
  • Liaising with the customer base in the UK and Europe
  • Dealing with sales enquiries in a timely manner
  • Understanding and promoting products
  • Coordination of internal departments
  • Providing excellent customer service to the client base through phone and email channels both proactively and reactively
  • Reading and interpreting construction drawings
  • Being the internal point of contact for the External Sales Team
  • Occasional travel to the UK and Europe

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous Internal Sales experience ideally with quoting experience
  • A background in the construction industry if possible; CAD experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Personable and professional
  • Keen, motivated and willing to learn
  • Experienced using Microsoft programmes
  • Previous experience using CRM Systems, ERP and Sage Accounting is desirable
