Industrial Sewing Machinist
Full time hours -
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Temp to Perm opportunities
Immediate starts available following successful interview and hands on bench test
The Role
- Operating industrial sewing machines to produce cushions, blinds and soft furnishings.
- Sewing and assembling fabric components to required specifications.
- Working with a variety of fabrics and materials.
- Maintaining high standards of stitching, accuracy and finishing.
Skills required
- Previous industrial sewing machine experience - Overlocker and Flatbed - ESSENTIAL
- Experience sewing cushions, curtains, blinds or upholstery would be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and consistent stitching quality.
- hardworking and willing to learn.
