About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and experienced Cook to join our clients team.

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering delicious food and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals to a consistently high standard.
  • Follow recipes, menus, and portion control guidelines.
  • Ensure all food is prepared safely and in line with food hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages.
  • Assist with stock rotation and food storage.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.

About You

  • Previous experience working as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above) is essential
