About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and experienced Cook to join our client's team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals to a consistently high standard.
- Follow recipes, menus, and portion control guidelines.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and in line with food hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist with stock rotation and food storage.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
About You
- Previous experience working as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above) is essential
