About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This is a key role providing administrative and compliance support across multiple areas including advertising, referencing and vetting candidates to see if they are suitable for the positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, delivering a professional and friendly service.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative duties including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Manage compliance processes, ensuring all records, references, and documentation meet company and legal standards.
- Support advertising activities by preparing and posting job adverts across various platforms.
- Conduct right-to-work checks in line with company policies.
- Format and update candidate CVs to ensure consistency, professionalism, and alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Handle incoming queries efficiently, escalating where appropriate.
- Contribute to a positive office environment, ensuring all operations run smoothly and effectively.
About You
- Proven experience in an administrative or compliance-based role ideally in recruitment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office packages – particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
