Job Description

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Leeds City Centre, a successful and vibrant Estate Agents to join their team on a full time basis.\\n Hours are 08.45 to 17.45 Monday to Thursday with an hour for lunch; 08.45 to 17.15 Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.  Saturday two on/two off (10.00 to 14.00).  Once two Saturdays have been worked then a day off in lieu to be taken in the following fortnight. \\nDuties:\\n \\nRegister applicants and match applicants to properties. \\nSupervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective applicants. \\nAchieve pre-agreed targets.

\\nBooking viewings and valuations appointments \\nCorrectly record all messages, viewings and appointments. \\nArrange and attend viewings \\nFollowing up valuations and leads both face to face and over the telephone, or through email and letters. \\nNegotiating sales \\nClosing deals \\nLiaising with solicitors, purchasers and vendors for successful progression of the sale through to completion.

\\nUpdating vendors on their property including any possible interest, marketing and actions completed. Also ensuring they are aware of the current property market and trends. \\nConduct market appraisals as and when required.

\\nBusiness Development to source sale instructions from developers to home owners. \\nGenerate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewing and sales. \\nSupport line manager on valuations and new instructions.

\\nMaximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times. \\nCanvassing / leafleting to seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors. \\nMaintain office systems/software and working procedures.

\\nBring complaints to the attention of your Line Manager immediately. \\nBuild and maintain excellent working relationships with all clients \\n Main Objectives:\\n \\nTo achieve pre-agreed targets, operating to the standards required by the company \\nDemonstrate high standards of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency in dealing with the public. \\nMaximise opportunities for viewings, sales, market appraisals and instructions.

\\nSeek to increase office market share and generally promote ‘brand awareness’. \\nTo operate with the confines of the Housing Act and Sales legislation. \\nTo operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies.
