Property Manager

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client for a full time, experience property and repairs manager

The role will be working within a well established and successful agent in the Huddersfield area, working in a small but busy and supportive team

Communicating with landlords & tenants via email and on the phone.
The successful candidate will need lettings/property experience but also personality, presentation and a hunger to succeed is crucial as is the ability to provide outstanding customer service
Strong willed with a can do attitude
Coordinate final checks
allocating and organise repairs and maintenance
Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors daily
chase up any discrepancies in regards to deposits via DPS
Working Hours are 9.00AM to 5.00PM Monday to Friday and Saturday in rotation. ( NEGOTIABLE ON HOURS)
