Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of a successful Estate Agents for a Valuer on a full time, permanent basis. The role will either suit an experienced valuer or a senior sales negotiator looking to progress.

  • Uncapped commission with On Target Earnings of between £38 and £45k per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to progress into a Valuer or an established Valuer looking for their next challenge. Working as part of a busy sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, carrying out market appraisals, negotiating offers and building lasting relationships with clients. There is a clear progression pathway to Lead Valuer for the right candidate.

Duties:

  • Carry out or assist with residential market appraisals and property valuations
  • Generate new valuation opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice
  • Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and marketing materials related to property listings
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and updating databases
  • Use comparable property evidence to provide accurate pricing advice and market appraisals
  • Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
  • Stay informed about local property market trends and relevant legislation
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every client interaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in estate agency as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator or Valuer - ESSENTIAL
  • Strong administrative experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong sales skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude towards generating new business and winning instructions
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Positive, motivated and target-driven
  • Confident using computers and able to quickly learn new systems
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
