Talent Twist Recruitment's client seeks a Head Chef to support the GM with daily operations of a £1-million business in a gastro pub setting. You will hire, manage shifts, shape the menu, grow turnover and plan events to keep the venue running smoothly.

You will work with the GM on menu development, aim for a strong food GP (72%), and coordinate with suppliers and the on-site kitchen to meet targets. A results-based bonus is offered, along with TRONC and benefits.
