We are on the hunt for a passionate Commis Chef to join the team and assist in the delivery of their fantastic menu. We are looking for a “roll your sleeves up” mentality and an industry professional looking to develop their skillset to progress through the ranks in the future. You will have experience in working with fresh food and the safety aspect behind working with such product.

You will be responsible for always keeping your work area and the rest of the kitchen clean and tidy. You will assist with stock management and be confident when rotating stock at the correct time for the purpose of health and safety and cost control. You will ensure food is prepped correctly in line with allergen awareness. You will maintain a positive mindset and work with the team to achieve the very best results.
