Portfolio: PR, Marketing & Public Affairs Agencies

Hybrid – Farringdon, London (2 days in the office)

Competitive package including uncapped OTE (typically double base)

Are you commercially minded, confident speaking with clients, and motivated by growing accounts? Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their Agency team, working with PR, Marketing and Public Affairs clients to renew, retain and grow existing business. The role could suit someone already in Account Management, Sales or client-facing roles but previous experience is not essential. More important is your attitude - desire, intelligence, confidence and adaptability - to build trust quickly and engage clients confidently over phone and video. SaaS experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

This role will:

  • Own renewals across a portfolio of Agency clients, with responsibility for retention and upsell revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their goals, and identify where additional products or services could add value.
  • Manage onboarding for new clients alongside the Implementation team and support them in gaining maximum value from the platform.
  • Handle day-to-day client queries around product, usability and contracts with professionalism and urgency.
  • Track adoption, spot natural upsell opportunities, and manage your pipeline accurately in the CRM (Salesforce).

This role needs:

  • A smart, engaging communicator who is confident building relationships with clients, primarily over phone and video calls.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, clients and opportunities at once.
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to influence decisions, manage objections, and drive deals forward.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude and genuine desire to succeed.

Desirable, not essential:

  • Experience in a quota-carrying Sales or Account Management role, SaaS exposure, experience with tools like Salesforce / Salesloft / Intercom.
  • Bonus: experience in PR / Marketing / Communications.

This role offers:

  • Up to £70k package: £32k–£35k base salary with uncapped OTE, typically double base through retention and upsell commission.
  • Hybrid working with 2 days a week in the Farringdon office.
  • 25 days holiday + public holidays, plus your birthday off.
  • Benefits including life assurance, opt-in private healthcare, dental, Perkbox, cycle scheme, workplace nursery scheme, season ticket loan and SmartHealth benefits.
  • A friendly, sociable culture with office perks, company socials, and regular sales incentives.

If you’re looking for a role where you can build relationships, grow accounts, and earn well by retaining and expanding business, this could be a brilliant next step.
