Are you passionate about hospitality and technology? Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys prospecting, running demos, and turning conversations into customers?
Our client—a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming how restaurants manage inventory—is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business. You'll meet hospitality operators, uncover their pain points, and build business cases that lead to lasting wins.
This role will:
- Own net-new sales cycles: from targeted outreach through to close.
- Build relationships face-to-face with restaurant groups and venue operators across London via meetings, networking and events.
- Run sharp discovery and translate pain points into tailored product demos and proposals that solve real back-of-house problems.
- Shape pilot programmes and proof-of-value, then progress to multi-site roll-outs.
- Track activity, pipeline, and market insight; report regularly to the Country Lead.
This role needs:
- Hospitality Tech or Hospitality Sales experience (restaurants, venues, F&B), or SaaS selling into Operations/BOH.
- SaaS Sales experience with a proven track record against sales targets.
- Confidence with outbound and in-person meetings; strong follow-through and objection handling.
- A consultative seller who listens first, asks smart questions, and earns trust quickly.
- Clear, persuasive communication—written proposals, commercial rationale, and stakeholder alignment.
- Self-Motivated, Proactive and confident working independently in a Startup environment.
This role offers:
- Competitive salary, clear goals, and tools that help you succeed.
- Opportunities for career growth and development as the company scales.
- A London based remote-first working model, with flexibility and autonomy.
- The chance to join an early-stage team at an exciting point of growth.
