Lettings Director / Head of Lettings – Boutique Property Agency
North London
I’m working with a boutique North London property agency looking for an experienced lettings professional to take ownership of and grow their lettings business.
This is a newly created role with real autonomy. The focus is on building long-term landlord relationships, winning new instructions and growing the lettings portfolio — whilst maintaining the highly personal, consultative service the business is known for.
This role will:
- Lead and grow the lettings function across North London, with a focus on Hampstead, Highgate, Islington areas
- Build a strong pipeline of new landlords and win new instructions
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with landlords rather than relying on a high-pressure sales approach
- Take ownership of lettings strategy, performance and revenue, overseeing the existing lettings portfolio while identifying opportunities for growth
- Lead and develop a small but growing Lettings team
This role needs:
- Strong experience within residential lettings, likely 5+ years
- A highly personable, consultative approach to business development with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to become a trusted adviser to landlords
- Excellent knowledge of the North London market — ideally areas such as Hampstead, Highgate, Islington and surrounding locations
- A proven track record of winning new landlord instructions and growing a lettings book
- Experience operating at Lettings Manager, Head of Lettings, Associate Director or Director level
