Job Description

Talent Tribe Consulting Ltd (NZ) is seeking an entrepreneurial and globally connected professional to join us as Director - International Talent Management to lead our international EV workforce development and mobility initiatives focused on Europe. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a highly networked individual who understands the evolving Electric Vehicle (EV) ecosystem, workforce mobility, and industry talent shortages across Europe.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary objective of this role is to:

  • Identify critical EV skill shortages across European markets
  • Develop strategic relationships with EV manufacturers, suppliers, training institutions, and industry stakeholders
  • Create demand for specialized EV talent pipelines from India
  • Support the development of internationally aligned training and workforce deployment programs
  • Facilitate international workforce engagement models including secondment, contract staffing, and offshore capability support

The role will play a key part in building TTC’s vision of creating a scalable global EV talent supply chain from India to Europe.
