Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble lithium-ion battery cells, modules and battery packs.
  • Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment.
  • Conduct quality inspections and product testing.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and report manufacturing defects.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
  • Work safely within a clean manufacturing environment.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all Health & Safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

We're Looking for

  • Previous experience within manufacturing, production or assembly.
  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, engineering, battery production or similar industries.
  • Mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts where required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • NVQ Level 2/3, Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification (desirable but not essential).
