- Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment.
- Carry out quality inspections and product testing.
- Diagnose and report manufacturing defects.

- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Work safely within a clean manufacturing environment.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements
We're Looking for:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering
Experience within manufacturing, production, automotive, aerospace, electronics, engineering, or battery production.
Mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work shifts where required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
NVQ Level 2/3, apprenticeship, or equivalent engineering qualification is desirable.
