Maintenance Coordinator (Full and part time hours available) Uxbridge £28-32k We are currently looking for an experience engineer scheduler, ideally somebody who has experience working in a fast paced environment.
This role will need a keen eye for detail, good organisation skills and a confident telephone manner.
You will be working closely with clients and engineers supporting in all works being carried out from initial quote through to completion and aftercare.
Duties include: Coordinate and oversee all pump and drainage repairs, servicing, and emergency works Ensure works are completed within agreed timescales and that all job completion reports are issued promptly to clients and property managers Act as a key point of contact between engineers, internal management, and clients Maintaining accurate certification, compliance records and client reports Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) renewals, ensuring timely approvals It would be particularly beneficial if any candidates have previous experience using job management software, Big Change (Job Watch) This role is full time office based Monday to Friday 9-5.30 with 1 hour for lunch.
