We are looking to fill an assistant property manager role with a company based in Harrow. This role would be a junior level position with the view to progress and develop through the ranks with the company during your time with the business. You will learn everything you need to know and be given the tools to progress your career! The ideal background would be somebody from estate agency/lettings as you would have some understanding of the industry; however, we are open to looking at other candidates who have previous office experience and a desire to get into the property management industry.

Primary responsibilities:

  • To efficiently log and administer buildings insurance claims
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Monitoring building specific mailboxes and dealing with general queries received
  • Attendance at site inspections or meetings of key clients
  • Undertaking site inspections from time to time
  • Completing actions arising from site inspection reports
  • Obtaining quotations from contractors and presenting them to the property manager
  • Assisting with re-tendering contracts
  • Producing reports and much more
