We are looking for somebody to join my client in their busy accounts teams to support with entry level accounts tasks and admin support. This role would suit somebody who is a strong administrator who enjoys working with numbers! They are a very friendly, supportive and encouraging team who would love to onboard a positive, keen and ambitious individual to join them.
The ideal candidate will be based locally, have good admin experience including previous experience using Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous office experience would be a bonus, 6-12 months would be perfect.
Duties include:
- Running reports
- Invoicing
- Updating the system
- Liaising with wider business
- Liaising with clients
- Answering calls into the department
