We are looking for a candidate for my client in Harrow. This role is working in a busy but small HR department. This role will allow you to get involved and support on many aspects of HR. This role requires somebody with a keen passion to work in this department; this is a fantastic role to learn and grow within a supportive environment. It would be fantastic if you have some previous experience or have studied your CIPD as this would be really helpful knowledge to bring into the role; however, it is not essential. You must, however, have previous office admin experience as a minimum.
Duties include:
- Recruitment and resourcing - including screening CVs, booking interviews, speaking with agencies, drawing up job specs.
- Onboarding and training - Leading HR onboarding for new starters, managing employee offboarding and conducting exit interviews.
- HR systems and data management - ensuring staff have access to systems they need, ensuring access passes and staff ID are made, ensuring HR system is kept updated.
- Payroll.
- HR Documents and compliance.
This role requires somebody who is a self-starter, highly organised, and can keep on top of looking after a broad range of tasks and responsibilities. You will need excellent communication skills as you will be looking after staff across all levels of the business. Hybrid working one day per week could be introduced after passing probation.
