We are looking for an experienced administrator/sales administrator. This role is working in a busy and fast paced sales department, supporting a dynamic sales team and senior management.
The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a sales driven environment previously, have very strong administrative ability as well as an analytical focus.
You will be organising and managing various sales and operations data and ensuring all processes are being carried out smoothly.
Duties include:
- Supporting to create reports, presentations and performance summaries
- Keeping all data accurate and updated on the system
- Updating pricing and promotions
- Build and maintain dashboards using power BI
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding processes for new customers
- Manage customer renewals
- Manage rebate schemes
- Identifying improvements that can be made in the department
- Calculate xgikmsk sales targets and reports
We need a systems savvy individual who is experienced using excel and ideally powerBI
You must also be really confident in communication, this role will be working with very senior members of the business so you must be confident and capable of explaining data, sharing ideas for change and process improvement.
