Talent Today are supporting a leading financial services organisation in hiring an experienced Programme Director to lead a large-scale data migration, onboarding and operational transformation programme currently in flight. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can drive delivery across business and technology workstreams, working closely with senior stakeholders, SME leads, PMs and third-party providers to maintain momentum, manage dependencies and deliver against challenging timelines.
Key Experience:
- Large-scale transformation delivery within financial services
- Data migration, onboarding or operational change programmes
- Fund administration, transfer agency, reporting, payments or operational readiness
- Strong governance, RAID, planning and dependency management
- Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
You'll Be:
- Delivery focused and calm under pressure
- Hands-on, organised and commercially minded
- Comfortable operating at executive and delivery level
