Interim Incident & Problem Manager to support a major warehouse and supply chain transformation programme

The role will bring greater structure, governance and control to Incident and Problem Management within a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate

Incident & Problem Management processes.

  • Manage incident life cycles through
  • Service Now
  • Improve ticket quality, hygiene, updates and closure times.
  • Identify recurring incidents and link them to formal Problem records.
  • Coordinate

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and permanent resolution.

  • Work closely with Operational Support and Hypercare teams.
  • Provide clear reporting, escalation and stakeholder communication.
  • Support Major Incident Management when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong

Incident & Problem Management experience.

  • Good understanding of

ITIL processes.

Service Now or similar ITSM platform experience.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
  • Strong process, data and reporting discipline.
  • Warehouse/logistics experience is beneficial but not essential

This is not a hands-on technical support role.

You'll coordinate and drive resolution rather than diagnose or implement technical fixes.
