The role in a nutshell
You'll be joining one of five inbound customer service and sales teams, supporting customers with appliance insurance and repair queries. The calls are inbound – customers come to us – but you'll still need to be confident in guiding conversations, spotting opportunities, and hitting targets.
Depending on the team, you might be:
Helping customers register a new appliance and offering extended protection
Assisting with repairs or
