The role in a nutshell

Youll be joining one of five inbound customer service and sales teams, supporting customers with appliance insurance and repair queries. The calls are inbound customers come to us but youll still need to be confident in guiding conversations, spotting opportunities, and hitting targets.

Depending on the team, you might be:

  • Helping customers register a new appliance and offering extended protection
  • Assisting with repairs or account queries, and recommending extra cover
  • Retaining customers who are thinking of cancelling
  • Supporting Sky customers with their Sky Protect policies
  • Handling calls on behalf of brands like Beko

No matter the team, this is a busy, structured, compliance-led environment where empathy, communication and resilience are key.

Youll have two weeks of initial training, with coaching and ongoing support from your Team Leader and colleagues. You\'ll be part of a large remote workforce, split into smaller supportive teams with daily huddles and regular 121s.

What experience do you need?

You dont need to come from a regulated environment, but you do need to have:

  • Experience working directly with customers, ideally in a phone-based or sales role
  • Confidence working to targets or KPIs (call volume, conversion, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude

If youve worked in outbound sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or other contact centre roles, youll likely settle in quickly. We will be looking for applications with some element of sales experience in order to progress.
