About us Talent Tent provides high-volume recruitment to regulated industries, and we like to think we do it rather well. We form long term partnerships with our clients, providing great candidates that will both perform, and stick around long into the future. To provide the best people to our wonderful clients, we need the best people working for us... that’s where you come in!
The role This is a pure recruitment role - no sales are involved. You will be solely focussed on the best candidates forward to one of our biggest clients. Day to day, some of the things you should expect;
- Speaking to a lot of people. Like, a lot a lot. Talking to candidates and job applicants will form the bulk of your role.
- Supporting candidates through the process, keeping them engaged and responsive.
- Managing the offer process with successful candidates.
- Supporting the client to onboard candidates.
You will be targeted entirely on the quality of the candidates you provide to our clients, and rewarded for good outcomes.
Key points There are some key points we want to clarify;
- You will spend most of your time talking to candidates. That might be assessing them, supporting them through onboarding, or giving them some bad news. If you’re not a people person, this might not be the role for you.
- You will need an eye for detail. There will be a lot of spinning plates in a regulated industry.
- We get together in the office once a fortnight but as this is a predominantly remote role, you will need to be have a suitable space (and motivation) to work from home.
What are we looking for? Ideally, someone with experience in volume recruiting, but this could take many forms;
- You might be a contact centre team leader, who has been part of the recruitment process, and is ready for a change.
- Or, you might be an agency recruiter looking for your next move.
- You could also be an in-house recruiter, keen to explore the outsourcing world.
We are specifically looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset. Can you spot a better way of doing something? What’s happening in the wider industry that we might need to know? Seen a cool bit of tech that we could use?
You might not have 100% of what we are looking for, but if you feel you have strong interviewing and assessment skills, are speedy at admin, and can think outside the box, we still want to hear from you.
What’s in it for you? We are small but growing business, and our employee offering will keep evolving, however right now we are offering;
- Salary of £27k - £30k plus quality based bonuses creating a £40k OTE.
- Commission is uncapped.
- Hybrid working - 1 day in the office per fortnight.
- Nine day fortnight (No reduction in pay or increased hours across the other 9 days).
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
- Private medical insurance.
