You’ll be joining an inbound customer service and sales team supporting customers who need a hand with their Sky equipment. The calls are inbound; customers come to us but you’ll still need to be confident in guiding conversations, spotting opportunities and hitting targets. - Strong communication skills and a proactive positive attitude
If you’ve worked in outbound sales, customer service or other contact centre roles, you’ll likely settle in quickly.
