Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in UX design, with some exposure to user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with a range of user research methodologies including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Working proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Good understanding of best practices in usability, accessibility, and web standards.
- Exposure to research or prototyping tools such as Maze, UserTesting.com, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to communicate research findings clearly and translate them into design recommendations with guidance.
- Some experience with product analytics tools like Heap or Google Analytics is desirable.
- Experience working in or alongside an Agile development environment.
- Mobile app design experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
