Job Purpose
The HR/Recruiting Coordinator will provide support for the Global People team, focusing mainly on the candidate pipeline and experience. Situated in the London office, this person will be able to help bridge the time zone gaps between US/India/UK/EU to help streamline hiring and people operations. They will also assist with the London office people operations through various administrative and support duties.
Requirements
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones (UK, India, US, AU)
- Coordinate interviewer availability and manage interview calendars
- Send interview confirmations, reminders, and logistics to candidates and interviewers
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process (scheduling, follow-ups, status updates)
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and candidate documentation including skills tests
- Post job advertisements across job boards and internal systems
- Prepare interview materials and candidate packets for hiring managers (including benefits and perks info for candidates)
- Maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting updates
- Assist with sourcing and pre-screens as appropriate (generally lower level roles)
- Provide general administrative support to the recruiting function
- Work with Marketing to enhance our brand by refreshing our hiring page on LinkedIn and TS Website
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement events, from logistics and setup to onsite coordination
- Maintain the company calendar and post Slack reminders for holidays, birthdays, milestones, and other company events
- Handle miscellaneous HR tasks and projects to support the evolving needs of the department
