Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus

Location: Bournemouth

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5:15pm (37.5 hours per week)

In this diverse and fast-paced role, you'll be more than just a consultant; you'll be a trusted partner to your clients, guiding them through their insurance needs. Working with a panel of reputable Insurers, you'll have the chance to utilise your problem-solving skills, identify the perfect solutions, and expertly present insurance products using a consultative approach that puts the customer first.

Main responsibilities for the position include:

  • Drive Growth: Be at the forefront of generating new business through effective handling of direct enquiries.
  • Connect and Serve: Engage with a variety of customers through inbound and outbound communication, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to enhance their coverage.
  • Unlock Value: Identify and act upon cross‐selling opportunities, ensuring clients have the comprehensive protection they need.
