As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, effectively communicating the value of innovative telecommunications services, and closing deals. You will be provided with comprehensive product training and ongoing support to excel in your role. Main Responsibilities: * Proactively contact potential clients through various channels (e.g., phone, email) to generate leads. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. * Accurately gather and record customer information within our CRM system. * Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients. * Negotiate and close deals, achieving individual and team sales targets. * Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximise conversion rates. Skills/Experience Required: * Minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales role (telemarketing, business development, etc.). * Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Excellent listening and active listening skills. * Highly motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven. * Resilient and adaptable with the ability to overcome objections and challenges. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills. * Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
