Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Salary: £25,000 Basic + Uncapped bonus

About the role:

As a Telesales Agent, you'll be instrumental in growing customer value and satisfaction by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with existing clients via phone to promote and upsell additional services, maximising sales growth.
  • Skilfully follow up with undecided clients, providing further information and overcoming objections to secure new business.
  • Maintain impeccable client records and update all interactions and outcomes on the internal CRM system.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service, reinforcing the brand's excellent reputation in all communications.
  • Consistently work towards and exceed set KPIs and sales targets, driving revenue growth.
