In this vital front-of-house role, you will act as the key link between the customers and the workshop technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience for every customer bringing their vehicle in for servicing, MOTs, or repairs. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Welcomes: Greeting customers warmly upon arrival and managing the booking-in process for vehicle servicing, maintenance, and MOTs.
