Sales Developer\\n\\nPay: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum\\n\\nLocation: Lansdowne, Central Bournemouth\\n\\nHours: Monday – Friday, Full time (will consider part-time)\\n\\nContract Type: Temporary to Permanent\\n\\nAbout our client:\\n\\nOur client is a boutique Telemarketing Agency that partners with B2B businesses focusing on building long standing customer relationships whilst providing the services and solutions required to achieve tangible results for their clients.\\n\\nOur client delivers on various services including lead and demand generation, data cleansing and database building, research, appointment setting, marketing project management, Customer success services such as on-boarding, satisfaction surveys and retention. Our client focuses heavily on their clients and can service clients in many different sectors.\\n\\nAbout the role:\\n\\nAs a Sales Developer, you'll be instrumental in forging strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth through proactive engagement and solution promotion.\\n\\nMain responsibilities of the role:\\n\\n * Initiate engaging outbound calls to potential business clients, utilising provided briefs and materials to effectively open conversations.\\n\\n * Master the art of engaging with prospects, employing insightful questioning techniques to thoroughly understand their business needs and build rapport.\\n\\n * Present our clients' diverse range of services and solutions with enthusiasm, effectively generating interest and qualifying valuable leads.\\n\\n * Diligently log all conversations and lead information within the CRM system.\\n\\n * Work closely with our clients' sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.\\n\\n * Stay up to date with our clients' products, services, and relevant market developments.\\n\\n * Provide clear and accurate reports to campaign managers.\\n\\nTo be successful you will need to attribute the following skills:\\n\\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\n\\n * Proven ability to navigate conversations, address objections effectively, and maintain positive client relationships\\n\\n * Adept at quickly acquiring and applying product knowledge to confidently present tailored solutions and services.\\n\\n * Highly results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed client expectations and targets.\\n\\n * Experience in a similar, sales or customer service-based role would be advantageous, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and building client relationships.\\n\\nIn return for your hard work our client offers the following benefits:\\n\\n * Full training and opportunities for career development\\n\\n * Supportive and collaborative work environment\\n\\n * Central location with plenty of amenities close by\\n\\n * Great office space with break out areas, gym, pool table
