The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will be a key member of the Human Resources department. You will act as a trusted confidante, providing professional support and advice to managers and employees alike. This role requires a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving and the ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with all administration tasks.
- Manage employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Lead the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions and conducting interviews to providing candidate feedback.
- Handle all employee‑related paperwork, including contracts and onboarding documents.
- Maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports.
- Monitor probation periods and facilitate sickness absence management.
- Coordinate company benefit schemes and assist with strategic HR projects.
- Organise company social events to promote team engagement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to prioritise competing demands under pressure. You should possess:
