Location: Christchurch, Dorset

Hours: Shifts between Monday & Sunday 7am - 9pm

Salary: £26,210 per annum (Increasing to £30,300 per annum)

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing to declare pre-existing medical conditions for their insurance policies. You will play a vital role in ensuring travellers have the correct protection before they head abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive medical risk assessments using a bespoke automated system.
  • Evaluating levels of medical cover based on customer declarations.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all findings.
  • Ensuring strict customer confidentiality and data protection.
  • Providing a high level of empathy and support to customers during the declaration process.
