Your primary objectives will be to build the UK Brand, drive significant Lead Generation, and directly contribute to increased Sales. What you\'ll be doing: * Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, direct mail) with a clear focus on driving engagement, generating high-quality leads, and increasing revenue. You\'ll own the campaign calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery across all channels, and collaborate closely with internal teams to craft compelling messaging and creative assets tailored for a B2B audience. * Creative & Design: Take the lead on creating impactful campaign visuals and assets, including social graphics, email banners, and direct mail collateral. Your strong graphic design skills will ensure brand consistency and maximum visual impact. You\'ll also support print and production processes for physical marketing materials. * Social Media Management: Oversee the Social Media Executive, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. You\'ll guide content strategy, paid social campaigns, and community engagement. * Email & Direct Mail Marketing: Build and deploy targeted email campaigns using marketing automation tools. You\'ll use HTML to edit or troubleshoot email templates and landing pages, managing segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. You\'ll also coordinate direct mail campaigns, from creative development to data targeting. * Performance & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations that directly inform sales strategies. Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track ROI and customer journey metrics, presenting data and recommendations to the leadership team for brand and sales optimisation. * Team Leadership: Mentor the Social Media Executive, supporting their development and performance, and foster a collaborative, creative, and results-driven team culture.
