Key Responsibilities of an Operations Coordinator
- Customer Liaison: Managing general and technical customer enquiries professionally via telephone and email, serving as a supportive and empathetic face of the brand.
- Works Coordination: Scheduling specialist appointments, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, and adhering strictly to internal operational procedures.
