About the role/our client
Our client is a highly prestigious brand, offering a great working opportunity to build success and business through sales! The role would involve interacting with all customers, finding out as much information as possible to help secure them a vehicle which is going to suit all their needs and wants.
Main Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent product expertise, offering information and solutions to give customers confidence throughout the sales process.
- Recognising and acting upon all opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to maximise on individual performance.
- Work alongside all FSA regulations and requirements and internal dealership policies for streamlined sales process.
- Listen to customer needs, adapt to amend sales pitch to suit your customer, giving them a great individual experience, aiming for repeat business or referrals.
- Exhibit effective problem solving skills and explore all options to secure a close, providing the customer with the best finance facilities.
- Work towards SLA's and respond to enquiries as quickly as possible.
Skills/Experience Required
- Ability to manage own pipeline and maximise on all opportunities, remaining driven to achieve results and targets.
- Problem solving skills, overcoming concerns offering solutions and resolving any issues.
- Adaptability, remaining flexible to each individual customer's needs offering a positive experience.
- Capability to work under pressure and maintain strong organisational skills, following internal processes with compliance and regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, working in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Holding a full driving licence will be essential for this role.
