Our client, an internationally renowned luxury fashion house, is looking for a proactive Office Coordinator to join their London Head Office in a fully office based role spanning office management and HR support.
You'll be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly while supporting the HR team on everything from onboarding and L&D to internal comms and employee events.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning front-of-house, facilities and H&S for the Head Office
- Managing budgets, invoices and supplier relationships
- Supporting HR with recruitment admin, inductions and the L&D tracker
- Coordinating internal comms, newsletters and starter/promotion announcements
- Leading the social committee — events, parties and team celebrations
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-driven luxury environment or as a Receptionist/Office Coordinator
- Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong MS Office skills; a second language (e.g. French) is a bonus
